M S Kohli

An Electronics Engineer by qualification with a management degree from Warwick University, UK , M S Kohli has been involved with the growth of businesses in the domain of Telecom , IT & Electronic Components . In each of the business domains he led , People were handpicked by him and much of his time & energy was spent in ensuring recruitment of the right talent.

Over the last 27 years Kohli was involved with the Senior Leadership roles as the SBU Head in the Telecom Domain and as CEO for Samtel Machines in the domain of Industrial Automation. He was the youngest member to have got inducted into the senior most APEX team at Samtel having joined the Group as a Graduate Engineer Trainee.

With Business development as his forte , Kohli was responsible for creating Global markets in Europe & Asia for Display CRT's and later was the All India Head for Sales & Marketing for the Computer business.

Amitava  Nandy 

A Mechanical Engineer from  IIT (K) with also an M Tech in Industrial Engineering , Mr Nandy  was   Executive Director at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.where he served for 22 years .

An extremely dynamic leader, he was instrumental in putting in best  manufacturing processes and systems in place at Maruti and also at various other Organization where he consulted. Mr Nandy held many an important positions in his very eventful   career. He was Director on the Board of Asahi India Glass Ltd and Mark Auto Industries Ltd and also served as Director at  Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd in 2005.  A result oriented and a very well networked professional, Mr Nandy led and motivated teams comprising of 3000 employees & managed Change for Growth & Profitability.

Rakesh Agarwal

A Gold Medalist from Jadavpur University from where he did his Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Agarwal is a well known name in the Industrial Automation & Automotive/Infrastructure industry. He last served as the vice President at Tata Automation Ltd (TAL) manufacturing Solution Ltd. a TATA Group Company and was instrumental in turning around the organization by providing Strategic Customer focus thrust in Sales & Operations.Prior to TAL , Mr Agarwal was with Vinar Systems for almost 15 years and was instrumental in designing & implementing various Overhead Conveyor systems for many customers in the Automotive & Process Manufacturing companies. An extremely well networked Professional , Strategic Planning, Business development processes, Operations including Manufacturing, Supply Chain management and people management are the key strengths of Mr Agarwal.

V J Prakash

An MBA from IIM (Calcutta) & B Tech (Mech) from REC  Trichy , Mr Prakash was on the Board of Ultra Motor Company , UK as Managing Director. Prior to that he was the Managing Director (European Operations) at Moser Baer India Ltd and also served as Executive Director & CEO on the Board of a leading Telecom Equipment Company & part of Bharti Airtel Group which had three plants in India employing 1500 persons.

A past Chairman , Manufacturing Sub Committee of CII Northern Region Council , Mr Prakash specializes in Operations Management/Sales & Organization Building.He held various senior level positions with SAMTEL Group before becoming a member of the Management Board.

Raj Thyagaraj

R.Thyagarajan has spent over a thirty six years in industry where he has worked both in Canada (10yrs) and in India (26yrs) with several companies including Nortel, Xerox, GE, BEL , SCIL, and RPG Enterprises Ltd.

In his 36 years experience, Raj has experienced the breadth and depth of Business Operations through various roles from hands - on engineer in Production, Quality, Product Development, etc. to managerial/leadership roles in Quality, Plant Operations, Sales and Services. Raj also specializes in the area of Business Excellence/Leadership through Quality. Raj was the Six Sigma consultant with GE Operations in India including rolling out Design for Six Sigma at GE Global R&D center at Bangalore.

Raj holds a Master's Degree in Physics with specialization in Wireless & Electronics from Madras University. He also holds a Digital Computer Technology Diploma from Sheridan College, Ontario, Canada. In addition, he has many certificates of Management Development Programmes conducted at Xerox and at GE-Crotonville
